We have all (I think) of McNair's cookbooks and were never disappointed.

This is my second copy...my daugher and I have been fightng over possession for years so I got another copy. Love all of it....but especiallly the chili-marinated Turkey with Pineapple salsa on page 39. I have made it for special group meals for years.

Besides the wonderful pictures, the text is easy to follow, giving suggested accompaniments to with the recipes. This book offers much more than the usual "BBQ" recipes. A high recomendation.
